12. REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
General Terms
Requesting Changes or Cancellations: Once your tour is confirmed, any request to alter or cancel the booking must be made by contacting support@firephoenixtravel.com or our call center at +84346421808. You must include your receipt and booked tour voucher in your email. All changes and cancellations are subject to fees determined by Fire Phoenix.
Promotional Items: Altering or cancelling a tour will result in the revocation of any associated gifts or promotions. If a gift has been used, you will be charged its equivalent value.
Financial Processing: The customer is responsible for all bank charges related to payment processing. Refunds will only be processed after the original payment is confirmed in the Fire Phoenix account. Refunds, minus applicable fees, will be processed within 30 to 60 days, depending on third-party provider policies.
Promotional Bookings: Tours purchased with discounts or promotions are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and cannot be altered.
12.1. Customer Cancellation/Alteration Fees (After Reservation Confirmation)
The calculation uses working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

- National Day (Sep 1–3)
- Christmas (Dec 24–26)
- New Year (Dec 28–Jan 3)

12.2. Cancellation by Fire Phoenix
If Fire Phoenix cancels your booking for reasons beyond our control (e.g., service unavailability), you may:
- Transfer your booking to another departure date, OR
- Receive a Fire Phoenix Voucher/Coupon for the full value, OR
- Receive a full refund.
We are not liable for additional costs such as non-refundable flights, visas, vaccinations, or insurance beyond coverage limits.
We may cancel bookings in the event of a “Real Failure” (an obvious pricing or system error). A full refund will be provided.
12.3. Force Majeure Events
If a cancellation or change occurs due to events such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or transportation disruptions, Fire Phoenix is not responsible for incurred losses.
If the entire tour is cancelled due to force majeure, customers may:
- Receive a full refund within 30 to 60 days, OR
- Receive a Voucher/Coupon for the full value.
12.4. Itinerary Changes
Fire Phoenix reserves the right to modify itineraries, rearrange visits, or cancel tours at any time for customer safety or operational reasons.
